Student Center in Athens Georgia

We designed and built four kingpost trusses spanning 35' for a student center in Athens, Georgia. We built the heavy timber trusses from locally sourced yellow pine. The bottom chords (8x10-35') were hand hewn using traditional methods. The rest of the timbers were sawn on our band mill.
